GK - PISCINAS LTDA, trade name GK -PISCINAS, CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) 56.060.533/0001-13, a limited liability company (sociedade empresária limitada) registered as a micro enterprise (ME), opened on July 24, 2024, headquartered at Av. Saramenha, 1437, Tupi B, Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 31840-220, Brazil. Main activity: retail of construction materials not elsewhere classified (CNAE 47.44-0-05). Secondary activity: retail of household sanitizing products (CNAE 47.89-0-05).

For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD), GK - PISCINAS LTDA is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which applies to the website, to service in the store and to contacts made by e-mail and phone.

Data we collect

• Registration and contact: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp and, when provided, the name of the company or condominium.
• Purchase data: products bought, quantities, chosen payment method, delivery address and the information required to issue an invoice, such as CPF or CNPJ.
• Pool data: information the customer chooses to share to receive guidance, such as dimensions, type of tiling and installed equipment.
• Browsing: IP address, browser, device, pages visited and source of the visit, logged by the infrastructure that hosts the site.
• Messages: the content of conversations held by e-mail or messaging apps.

The contact form on this site does not save anything on any server: it only opens the visitor's e-mail program with the text ready, and the message is sent from the visitor's own e-mail account.

Purposes

• Answering quote requests and questions about products;
• Recording and delivering sales made in the store or arranged by e-mail;
• Issuing invoices and meeting accounting and tax obligations;
• Advising on the correct use of materials and sanitizing products;
• Handling warranties, exchanges and returns under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code;
• Keeping the website secure and preventing fraud.

Sharing

• Shipping and delivery: name, address and phone passed on to carriers or couriers when a product is shipped to the customer;
• Payment: card networks, banks and payment institutions, to the extent required by the transaction;
• Administrative support: accounting, invoicing, website hosting and e-mail provider, all bound by confidentiality;
• Public authorities: when there is a legal duty, an inspection or a court order.

Manufacturers and distributors only receive personal data when it is indispensable to file a warranty claim on the customer's behalf.

Cookies

This site does not use its own advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. The hosting and content delivery service may set strictly technical cookies related to security and to the operation of the pages. You can refuse them in your browser without affecting your ability to contact the store.

Retention

• Quotes and contacts: while the negotiation is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it resumes;
• Tax and accounting documents: for the statutory period, generally 5 years;
• Warranties and consumer relations: for the applicable limitation period;
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

Once these periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

• Confirm whether we process your data and access that data;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information;
• Anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
• Port the data to another supplier;
• Withdraw consent;
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Know with whom the data has been shared.

Security

• Website served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
• Access to e-mail accounts and administrative systems restricted to the partners and authorized people, each with an individual password;
• Tax documents kept in an accounting system with access control;
• Periodic review of data protection practices.

Should a security incident pose a relevant risk to data subjects, the ANPD and the affected people will be notified within the legal deadlines.

International transfers and external links

The hosting and e-mail services used by the company may keep servers outside Brazil. When that happens, the transfer relies on the grounds provided by the LGPD, such as countries with an adequate level of protection or specific contractual clauses. This site may link to manufacturers' or third parties' pages, which have their own policies not covered by this document.
